I've confirmed my sale but my vehicle hasn't been collected
Accepted an offer but still have your car? It'll probably be for one of the following reasons:
The collection has been rescheduled
If your collection has been rescheduled, don’t worry, this is completely normal and usually depends on your availability and your dealer’s schedule. There are multiple factors which may lead to rescheduling, such as driver availability, public transport issues, dealer logistics, changes in your own availability, and more.
The sale has been cancelled

The collection date is coming up
