Why Haven’t I Heard from the Dealer?
After your documents are reviewed, you should typically hear from the dealer within 2 working days. While delays are rare, they can happen due to scheduling issues or miscommunication. That’s why we proactively check in with you to ensure everything is moving forward.
What Happens Next?
Here’s how we’ll support you if there’s a delay:
- Two working days after your documents are reviewed, we’ll email you to check whether the dealer has been in touch.
- If you let us know they haven’t (by clicking the ‘No contact’ option in the email), we’ll send a reminder to the purchasing dealer to contact you as soon as possible.
- Still no contact after another working day? Click the chat option below to speak with our Sales Support team. We’ll follow up again and escalate if needed.

- Watch for missed calls or unknown numbers - dealers often contact you by phone, and it may show as an unknown number.
