What do I do if the dealer hasn't contacted me?
We have a dedicated Sales Support Team who are available to deal with any issues that may arise after the vehicle is sold – including a lack of contact from the dealer. This is very rare but can happen. If you haven't heard anything within 48 hours, please contact our Sales Support Team.
One of our team will be able to assist you and will contact the dealer directly to ask them to arrange collection of the vehicle as soon as possible. In the event that the dealer still does not contact you, Motorway can also find you a replacement dealer to buy your vehicle.
