Can I switch to the Motorway app if I started on the website?
Yes. If you started your Motorway journey on the website and wish to switch to the app, for your details to transfer successfully, you must enter the same email and mobile phone number you used for your online account.
If you log in with a different email than the one you used to get a valuation or create a profile online, Motorway will consider you a new customer.
