If your vehicle profile is no longer accurate, we will need to update it and potentially provide you with a new reserve or estimated sale price. If you do not notify us of a change in the condition of your vehicle, it may result in a reduced offer when the dealer comes to collect your vehicle, or the sale being cancelled.
