Document Upload Issues: Troubleshooting Guide
If you're having trouble uploading your documents, please try the following steps before getting in contact with our team:
ID Check
If you cannot complete the ID check:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try the link in a different browser (e.g., Chrome or Safari).
- Try the link on a different device (e.g., switching from desktop to mobile).
Bank Details
If you cannot enter your bank details:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh and try again.
If you are able to enter your bank details, but then receive an error message:
Common Causes:
- Incorrectly entered Account Name, Sort Code, or Account Number
- Extra spaces at the start, middle, or end of the account name
Review your input:
- Double-check the account name matches exactly as it appears on your bank card or account
- Remove any spaces before, after, or within the name
Other Documents
If you cannot upload your V5C, Driving Licence, or other such documents:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try the link in a different browser (e.g., Chrome or Safari).
- Try the link on a different device (e.g., switching from desktop to mobile).
