Do I have to use Empathy?
No, support from Empathy is completely optional. If our team believes it could be helpful, they may offer you access to Empathy’s services after you’ve sold your car. If you choose to use it, support is available for up to two years, and can be shared with up to five family members. You’re always in control and can decide whether or not to access the support at any point.
