Why doesn't the Motorway website recognise my reg?

The most common reason for this is that your vehicle has a private registration plate, rather than the one it was originally registered with.   

If you do not wish to sell the vehicle  with your private plate, simply state that you wish to keep it when profiling your vehicle.  

If your vehicle does not have a private number plate and is still not being recognised, please contact our Customer Service Team.
